Dr. Jon Fairbanks

Jon C. Fairbanks, DMD. Dr. Fairbanks, a native to Utah, has been practicing in Herriman since 2007. His sense of humor, relaxed, positive and caring attitude is what patients like and keeps them returning to the practice.
Dr. Fairbanks earned his B.S. at Brigham Young University in 2003, after which he continued his education and received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2007. He is currently a member of good standing with the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, and the Salt Lake County Dental Society. Dr. Fairbanks enjoys dentistry and his favorite aspect of patient care is getting to know patients and their individual interests.
When out of the office Dr. Fairbanks enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife Amanda, their two daughters Emma, and Sophie, and the newest addition their son Owen. He even manages to get in some golf and fly fishing once in a while.
